  • Rates effective January 1, 2008
  • Please add 12% bed tax, as required by the Municipality of Anchorage since 2006.
  • Deposits: 50% of entire stay to hold reservation (minimum 1 night deposit); balance due 14 days prior to arrival for all summer bookings.
  • We gladly pay a 20% booking fee to qualified booking agencies.
  • Travel Insurance highly advised.
  • Cancellation policy:
    If canceled 14+ days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given less a $100.00 processing fee.
    If canceled within 14 days of arrival, your deposit will be considered forfeited.
